Ingredients

1⁄3 cup sliced green onion

1⁄2 cup diced red & green bell peppers

1⁄4 cup diced white onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1⁄2 cup plant based crumbles

15 oz. of canned corn

8 oz vegan cream cheese

1⁄2 cup nutritional yeast

1 tsp pepper
Instructions

Sauté onions, bell peppers, and green onions in a skillet with olive oil on medium high heat. Season with garlic powder and paprika.

Add your corn, vegan cream cheese, and nutritional yeast. Mix until well combined and top with pepper.
