When making your picks, we recommend keeping these pairings in mind!
Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese, available at Murray's, is mild and fresh with a smooth texture. This cheese is delicious on top of a Rosemary Garlic cracker and pairs nicely with Rêveuse’s Brut Cuvée. Top with apple butter or local honey for a bite of the holidays. Or spice it up by covering your goat cheese log in seasoned nuts, cranberry jelly, or herbs!
Surprise guests with pizza in cheese plate form with this unique combination: Toma Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese with our Margherita Pizza crackers. This extra creamy cheese has versatility, and would also pair nicely with Rosemary Garlic or Sourdough Sea Salt on serveware from Goldune.
If sharp cheese is what you seek, look no further than a Clothbound Cheddar from Cabot Creamery. This complex cheese complements the deep flavors of our Sourdough Sea Salt crackers. Pair this with a sweet or savory topping to bring out different complexities in the cheese - we recommend trying raspberry jam or stone ground mustard!
Indulge in the richness of the holiday season with a Caveman Blue Cheese from Rogue Creamery. This moist textural delight has delicious earthy notes of the forest and a moderate 'blue' flavor - not too strong, but enough to wow your guests’ palate.
